Class Description

Les Mills Body Pump and Pump it up: Danger to calories everywhere!! A work out using barbells with adjustable weights to work the entire body. This class strengthens, tones and defines like nothing else. So come "pump it up"!!

Les Mills Body Combat- A power packed aerobic class incorporating punching and kicking. This is a great endurance class which will burn lots of calories and increase aerobic fitness. Great calorie burner and a lot of fun.

Yoga: Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow:  We will go through a series of postures based on the Ashtanga style of yoga. Focus is on coordinating breath to movement as well as proper alignment. The goal is to increase strength and flexibility while maintaining a safe practice. Modifications are offered to allow students of all levels to join in. (Sunday's Power Yoga- allows for more advanced moves)

Zumba: A fusion of Latin, African, Hip-Hop dance with a little Island flavor. A great cardio workout for everyone who loves to dance.

Bodyworks with Abs: Improve your posture, balance and strength with this dumbell, low impact step workout. It is a workout for everyone, so come sweat your way to a higher fitness level.

Bums, Thighs & abs plus stretching:  This class involves strengthening and toning the legs, buttocks and abdominals plus stretching.

Body Blast-A mix of plyometric training to boost your heart rate for increased results. This class is a  targets every muscle in the body. Look to sweat and tone while improving your overall fitness.

Pole Fitness Course: A six week course designed to teach you movements on the pole. Please see the front desk to sign up.

Spinning- Studio cycling session targeting buttocks, thighs and calves for maximum calorie burning.
