Class Descriptions

Legs, Bums & Tums - This class involves strengthening & toning of the legs, buttocks and abdominals, plus stretching.

Spinning - Studio Cycling session, targeting buttocks, thighs & calves for maximum calorie burning.
 
Cross fitness pump- A great conditioning program to increase functional movement, endurance and strength using a variety of equipment.
 
Tabata Circuit- Do you want to get more out of your workout? Tabata training will raise your metabaolism and heart rate with high intensity interval training like no other.
 
Yoga- this class will reduce stress and tension. It will improve strength, flexibility, stamina and circulation.
 
Kettlebell Core Fit-This dynamic total body workout will make you sweat, increase your core strength, improve balance and coordination.
 
LES MILLS BODY PUMP-A workout using barbells with adjustable weights. This class strengthens, tones and defines. Burns at least 500 calories per hour.
 
LES MILLS GRIT SERIES- A 30 minute HIgh Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) private PT workout with a qualified Les Mills Instructor. Three different workouts-strength, plyo and cardio.
 
ZUMBA- ditch the workout and join the party.

$16 per class, or

Non Members

$20 per class, or
$170 for 10 classes- 3 month to use
$360 for 24 classes-3 month to use

Membership is also available for the gym and unlimited classes.
