Classes & Description
Spin or Spin & Core Spin-Studio  Cycling session, targeting buttocks, thighs & calves for maximum calorie burning. / Spin & Core - A combo class taught by a certified Spinning Instructor, who has a special training in core exercises to stabilize the muscles needed for more efficiency.
Pump it up A great conditioning program to increase functional movement, endurance and strength. 
 HIIT  A great conditioning program to increase functional movement, endurance and strength using a variety of equipment.
 Body Blast  Upper & Lower Body Strength training is a type of physical exercise specializing  in use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance and size of skeletal muscles.
 Les Mills RPM  A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results with minimum joint impact.
Zumba  A dance fitness class that burns loads of calories! Learn basic dances moves while working your waistline and jamming to your favorite tunes!
 Kettlebell Core Fit  Designed for all fitness levels. This dynamic total body workout will make you sweat, increase your core strength, improve balance and coordination.
 Les Mills Body Pump  A workout using barbells with adjustable weights. This class strengthens, tones & defines. Burns 500 calories per hour.
 Les Mills GRIT Series  A 30 minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) group private workout that is designed to improve strength and build lean muscle and maximize calorie burn.
Tabata Circuit Tabata training will raise your metabolism and heart rate with high intensity interval training like non other! It's 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of recovery.

Boxercise A high octane workout with basic boxing technique and intense cardio exercise to deliver a  fun, calorie burning and conditioning workout.
Barre

A low impact fusion of yoga, Pilates, strength training and ballet. It will help with posture, balance and flexibility.
