Class Descriptions

Legs, Bums & Tums - This class involves strengthening & toning of the legs, buttocks and abdominals, plus stretching.

Spinning - Studio Cycling session, targeting buttocks, thighs & calves for maximum calorie burning.
Cross fitness pump- A great conditioning program to increase functional movement, endurance and strength using a variety of equipment.
Tabata Circuit- Do you want to get more out of your workout? Tabata training will raise your metabaolism and heart rate with high intensity interval training like no other.
Yoga- this class will reduce stress and tension. It will improve strength, flexibility, stamina and circulation.
Kettlebell Core Fit-This dynamic total body workout will make you sweat, increase your core strength, improve balance and coordination.
Speed Blast- A contemporary fun approach to fitness training utilizing speed, strength, agility, quickness, stabalization and functional movement. Designed for all levels of fitness, all exercises are progressed and regressed according to individual ability.
Les Mills Body Pump-A workout using barbells with adjustable weights. This class strengthens, tones and defines. Burns at least 500 calories per hour.

Gym Members

$16 per class, or
$135 for 10 classes
$265 for 24 classes

Non Members

$20 per class, or
$170 for 10 classes- 3 month to use
$360 for 24 classes-3 month to use

Membership is also available for the gym and unlimited classes.
