Classes & Description

Spin or Dance spin

Spin-Studio Cycling session, targeting buttocks, thighs & calves for maximum calorie burning. / Spin & Core - A combo class taught by a certified Spinning Instructor, who has a special training in core exercises to stabilize the muscles needed for more efficiency.
 HIIT  A great conditioning program to increase functional movement, endurance and strength using a variety of equipment.
 Les Mills RPM  A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results with minimum joint impact.
 Kettlebell Core Fit  Designed for all fitness levels. This dynamic total body workout will make you sweat, increase your core strength, improve balance and coordination.
 Les Mills Body Pump  A workout using barbells with adjustable weights. This class strengthens, tones & defines. Burns 500 calories per hour.
 Les Mills GRIT Series  A 30 minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) group private workout that is designed to improve strength and build lean muscle and maximize calorie burn.
Les Mills Body Balance

Ideal for everyone Body Flow is a yoga based class with pilates and Tai Chi intertwined.

CORE X

Exercising muscles around the core provides the vital ingredients for a strong body.

Les Mills Body Combat A high energy martial arts workout that is totally non contact. Burn up to 740 calories.
Functional Fitness  Similar to Cross Fit this class utilizes ropes, boxes, ski erg etc for a great fitness workout
Stretch and Flex A workout combining pilates,yoga and stretch movements.
