Les Mills THETRIP

A fully immersive fitness experience. Live instructors with immersive video.
 HIIT  A great conditioning program to increase functional movement, endurance and strength using a variety of equipment.
 Les Mills SPRINT  A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results with minimum joint impact.
 Kettlebell Core Fit  Designed for all fitness levels. This dynamic total body workout will make you sweat, increase your core strength, improve balance and coordination.
 Les Mills Body Pump  A workout using barbells with adjustable weights. This class strengthens, tones & defines. Burns 500 calories per hour.
YOGA Flex A vibrant class for all levels. Yoga moves to enhance flexibility, strength and muscle tone. 
Zumba

A fitness class that fuses Latin inspired rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program.

CORE X

This 30 minute pilates inspired workout will fire up your abs.

Les Mills Body Combat A high energy martial arts workout that is totally non contact. Burn up to 740 calories.
Les Mills Functional Strength A dynamic strength training designed to increase athleticism and functional fitness through science backed workout 
Stretch and Mobility A workout combining pilates, yoga and stretch movements to improve flexibility as well as to increase mobility.
